Newly opened on Jan. 8, 2025, our new spine location at The Spiral Building is a collaboration between Och Spine doctors and clinicians from ColumbiaDoctors, Weill Cornell Medicine, and NewYork-Presbyterian. The new, state-of-the-art outpatient facility will provide care for children and adults, setting a new standard for superior patient experience, convenience, and a personalized approach to quality care.

Och Spine unites a world-class multidisciplinary team that includes orthopedic and neurosurgical surgeons, neurologists, physical medicine and rehabilitation physicians, pain management specialists, radiologists, physical and occupational therapists, highly advanced intensivists, and hospitalists.

Located in Manhattan at 35th Street and 10th Avenue, the 75,000-square foot facility will occupy the entire second floor of The Spiral, the 65-story tower developed by Tishman Speyer in the Hudson Yards district of Manhattan.

What's In The Building

The Spiral Building includes expansive clinical space, including ColumbiaDoctors ambulatory practice space (exam suite and procedure suite), advanced diagnostic imaging (XR, EOS, MRI, CT), and physical therapy.
